Motel Policies

General Policies

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in: After 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: Before 11:00 AM

Payment

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations. Pre-authorization may apply.

Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
  • No-shows or late cancellations will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Room Policies

Non-Smoking Rooms

  • All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged for violations.

Pet Policy

  • Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request. Additional fees apply.
  • Pets must be supervised at all times and are not permitted on furniture.

Occupancy Limits

  • Maximum occupancy per room is strictly enforced based on room type.
  • Additional guests may incur a charge of $20 per person, per night.

Noise Levels

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a restful environment for all guests.

Health & Safety

Fire Safety

  • Tampering with fire alarms, sprinklers, or other safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • Evacuation plans are posted in all rooms for your safety.

Housekeeping

  • Daily housekeeping is provided unless the "Do Not Disturb" sign is displayed.

Personal Belongings

  • The motel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please use in-room safes where available.

Additional Policies

Age Requirements

  • Guests must be 18 or older to book a room. Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Alcohol/Drug Use

  • Excessive alcohol consumption and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited on the property.

Extended Stays

  • Special rates may apply for stays longer than a week. Please inquire at the front desk.

Special Requests

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
